Catherine has been working with the wonders of polarity in her own life and with clients in private practice for over thirty years. There is not much that brings her more joy than bringing polarity consciousness into peoples lives and enabling them to transform. Her own healing and awakening to an ever increasing understanding of this huge subject very much leads her onward. 

Working one to one with her clients for all these years has given her an incredibly rich understanding of polarity and how trauma can stop the fire and water flowing freely in our body and psyche, affecting our relationship. But sometimes its just a matter of he or she simply adjusting how they do things and the other person shifts too. 

Working with polarity as deeply and as intensely as she has, has given Catherine a deep and loving respect for both men and women and how the two very different forces, need very different approaches to enable a full and wonderful life.  

She is currently working on her second book, to be  published by the end of 2025
