The Divine Feminine

How to do this?
It's a process and there are many ways of the feminine! To start, you could pause.... take a breath..... close your eyes and sense inward. Your thoughts will pull you up into your head but this is the conditioning. Bring your mind back to your body and down. Feel your feet on the ground. The feminine is downwards and can be likened to a deep beautiful lake. Keep breathing down into your beautiful feminine body. If you think its not beautiful, this is just the conditioning. Just notice it. Inhale through your nose and then exhale as if breathing through a straw. Keep breathing and dropping.... as if allowing yourself to relax into a feather bed. Doing this this will nourish and support you because this is what the feminine does. It supports and nourishes you and as you practice surrendering into your yin essence, you will feel more and more supported and even stronger. The more you do this the more you enable the rise of the feminine on this planet.
So many ways!
Unlike the masculine, which is very simple, there so many ways of reclaiming the feminine. The conditioning is very strong on this planet so it might take courage. Other ways are: starting your healing journey, connecting with your neighbours, earning money in a way that leaves you nourished, lighting a candle at mealtimes, pausing throughout the day to breathe deeply, learning to "track" your feelings in your body, avoid gossip and connect more deeply with your friends, see all the things you do around your home as holy acts and rituals of the feminine that hold you and your family in a sacred way. Only when we have reclaimed our feminine energy and see it clearly as an expression of the Divine, will others then treat us with the respect that we would like. See your man as an expression of the Divine too and watch what happens! Everything is energy. This world is not what we have been taught.
